American Property Solutions is a part of the Piechota Group Inc. Greg and Mark Piechota opened a small auto repair garage Bethlehem in 1975 named Piechota Brothers in a few years they outgrew their current location and moved to Hanover Township Pa in 1980 Piechota Brother entered into the plowing industry to earn extra money along with their auto repair garage as many shop owners did in this period. From day one both Piechota brothers used Western Plows. AS the company grew so did the snow plowing each year they would add an account to their list. After a few years the auto repair began to grow and they added in other parts to the business. They started auto body and painting and towing in the early 80’s – in the late 80’s Greg started a trucking company that was around for a short time. But always in the winter they went back to snow plowing. In 1991 Michael Piechota joined the family business as a 2nd generation Snowplow Operator. Over the years the auto repair business became a well-known Collision Center and Towing company. The Piechota Family opened and ran a few other businesses over the years, but always had snow plowing as their winter business of choice. In 1998 the family decided to dive deeper into commercial snow removal adding a few Bobcat loaders and a few more trucks. Over the years the Snow business grew into a full time year round business of its own. In 2016 we welcomed the 3rd generation into the business. Since then we have closed all of our other businesses and we now focus on Property Maintenance year round with Snow being our main focus. We now are serving the snow market states in 3 states and we are still growing. We cannot wait to see what the 3rd generation has to bring to the table.
